A private salon suite located at the Highlands in Triadelphia, WV 572 Cabela Drive Triadelphia, WV 26059 Suite #17 My name is Katie and I have been a hairstylist across the Ohio Valley for 8 yrs. I specialize in all things color and lightner. My goal at Eleven43 is to provide an enjoyable experience every time you visit. If you want to talk about all your deepest secrets - consider my lips sealed. If you want to talk about all things reality tv, murder documentaries, or what’s goin on in the world - I got you. I can chat ;) A silent appointment ? Say no more - I have no problem respecting that and making sure your appointment is as quiet and relaxing as you may need. I really just want to make sure each and every one of you have an enjoyable visit. No pressure & no stress in this space. Not only am I here to service your hair to the absolute best of my ability BUT I am also here to be a person of support in your life during all the highs and lows. I’m here for you!
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancelation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, I request at least a 24hr notice. ALL cancelations must be done online through my online booking system. Cancelations via social media or text will NOT be valid. Clients who do not honor the 24hr cancelation policy will be charged 50% of their scheduled service. Clients who no call / no show will be charged 100% of their scheduled service. If you are running behind, please know that if it is more than 15min after your appointment start time - your appointment may need to be adjusted to fit the new time, or rescheduled. I respect your time and would appreciate my time respected as well. XOXO
